Definitions

An existing subscriber who refers a new subscriber to the Platform shall hereafter be referred to as “Referrer”, and the person who subscribes to the Platform upon being referred by the Referer shall hereafter be referred to as “Referee”.

The term “User”, “you” or “your” shall be used for both Referrers and Referees as the case may be.

This referral campaign is called #GoldenReferral and is available via the 56 Secure app for a limited period from the 20th of April, 2022 until 11:59 pm on the 30th of April 2022.

A Referrer may participate in the Referral Program by referring other folks from serviceable areas to subscribe to the 56 Secure Premium Plan (and above). Upon successful subscription on the Platform by each referee, the referrer shall be eligible to win a 24K 1 gm gold coin (“Reward”) for every 3 referees who subscribe to the Premium Home Plan.

This Referal Program is in addition to the existing referral campaign available to all Users. The terms of the referral campaign as set out in the 56Secure T&Cs shall apply to the existing referral campaign.

Terms and conditions

1. In this Referral Program, the Referrer shall be (i) the age of 18, and (ii) has a valid account on the Application.
2. The Referee may be a personal connection of the Referrer. The Referee must be (i) a new user of the application, a person holding an E-mail ID/phone number that is not already registered with the application, and (ii) must fulfill the criteria to be a valid User of the Platform.

1. A Referrer can only get a maximum of 5 gold coins
2. A referral is counted as successful only when the Referee has paid for a minimum subscription of 3 months to the 56Secure Premium Home Plan.
3. Referrers who win a Reward must make a social media post/story about the reward and allow 56 Secure to make a social media post.
4. An authorized person from 56 Secure will contact the Referrer and deliver the 1 gm gold coin in person at your home within 14 days from the date of the contest closure.
5. A member from 56 Secure would also visit your home at the time of delivery to take a photograph of you as proof of delivery and for marketing purposes.
6. By submitting an entry for the Referral Program, Referrer agrees to be tagged on 56 Secure’s social media handles and participate in ancillary marketing and promotional activities.
7. By providing your consent herein, you understand and agree that you shall have no claims against 56Secure regarding the use of your photograph, video, and/or any other details provided by you for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. The winning Referers accept responsibility for all central, state, and local taxes and fees, including possible delivery charges, in connection with the receipt and use of the prizes. 
9. For 1 successful referral, the referrer gets Amazon voucher of Rs. 1000/- 
10. For 2 successful referrals, the referrer gets Amazon voucher of Rs. 2000/ in total.
11. All employees of 56 Secure are not eligible to participate in the referral campaign.
12. The offer is applicable.
13. The Referral is applicable only in serviceable areas.
    
    

    56 Secures rights

56 Secure reserves the right to convert or modify the value assigned to the Reward into a different form of credit. Users shall not receive a refund or a cash equivalent to the Reward that the Referral Program provides.

56 Secure reserves the right to discontinue, cancel or deny the availing of any Reward and the Referral Program at its discretion without prior notice and/or furnishing any reasons for the same.

The Referral Program is subject to force majeure events, and on the occurrence of such event(s), the Referral Discount may be withdrawn at the discretion of 56 Secure.

56 Secure shall have no liability and be held harmless by the User for any damage, loss, or liability, cause of action, claims, suits, demands, and rights of whatever kind and nature whether in law or in equity, arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any User that We reasonably believe to have tampered with the operation of the Referral Program (or who is otherwise found to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions).

56Secure is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or other failures of any kind, lost, interrupted, or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by 56 Secure, User, or by any of the software, application, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Referral Program or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of data which may damage a User’s system or limit a User’s ability to participate in the Referral Program.

Fraudulent Activities/Malpractices

The creation of multiple accounts by making use of different E-mail IDs and phone numbers shall be considered adverse to the terms of this Referral Program.

56 Secure shall reserve the right to withhold, cancel or deny the availing of any Reward on the grounds of abuse or suspicion of abuse of the Referral Program.

56 Secure holds the right to disqualify any User from availing of the Referral Programs, in case any malpractices or fraudulent activities are observed.

Miscellaneous

You shall not damage or misuse any intellectual property rights belonging to Us or any third party. You agree that You shall provide Your photograph only, if needed, and not of any third party. In case any third party claims against Us due to the Use of the photograph provided by You, You agree and undertake to indemnify Us against such third-party claims.

All trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, symbols, etc. being displayed on Our Platform, 56 Secure, and in our e-mails for the Activity except the photograph provided by You, shall be the exclusive property of 56 Secure and cannot be copied or used by any third party for any purpose whatsoever and any unauthorized usage would amount to an “unlawful act” under the applicable law.  All intellectual property right in Your picture vest with You and You grant 56 Secure an unlimited license to use and publish Your picture for the purposes of this Referral ProgramAcitivity.

56 Secure makes no representation and/or warranty regarding the Activity and hereby expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied including but not limited to any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness of the Reward for a particular purpose.

Modification

56 Secure shall review the Referral Program periodically and may make necessary revisions at its discretion, and the same shall be binding on the Users. By continuing to participate in the Referral Program, the User agrees to such amended terms.
